JRP Solutions has tremendous experience in the workings of CEM [Contract Energy Management] organisations and more particularly how such companies should run effectively to the benefit of both the end customer and the CEM organisation.

Consideration of the benefits of outsourcing utilities and maintenance services should involve use of all best practice techniques to ensure it is as effective as possible in the long term. This is where JRP Solutions can be of assistance to ’blue chip’ industrial organisations. From contacts within the larger CEM organisations and wider group of M&E companies, there is nobody better placed than JRP to:-

  • Consider the best overall approach to outsourcing for a particular site or customer.
  • See how effectively the site currently operates (in-house and sub-contracted services).
  • Assess the benefits for the end customer.
  • Assess improvements available from re-negotiation or even whether transfering back to in-house might be the most effective way forward.

JRP Solutions have benchmarked, through the use of Business Audits, how CEM and maintenance organisations compare in terms of culture, quality, HSE, continuous improvement ethos and cost effectivness.

JRP Solutions have a World Class process to enable effective outsourcing and get the best results for the customer. For more details please look at the web page entitled - RIGHTsourcing
