Wendy makes it a double!
Congratulations go to JRP’S Senior Energy and Sustainability Consultant, Wendy Cheeseman, for a double qualification success.
Posted on 06 July 2021.
We are delighted to announce that Wendy has successfully completed the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA) Foundation course in Environmental Management which covers a wide range of environmental, sustainability and governance principles and has given her the management
tools and skills that will be useful when carrying out Environmental Impact
Assessments and supporting
JRP clients to achieve certification to ISO 14001.
IEMA is the professional body for everyone working, studying or interested in environment.
In a second win, Wendy has now qualified to become an Approved Energy Conscious Organisation (EnCO) Practitioner. The EnCO initiative was launched by ESTA (The Energy Services and Technology Association) with the support of EI (Energy Institute) with the aim of registering many organisations as possible who apply behaviour change techniques in order to measurably reduce energy consumption and carbon production.
To become an Approved EnCO Practitioner, Wendy had to complete a rigorous assessment process, pass an exam and demonstrate that she had successfully delivered at least one energy behaviour change programme using the EnCO programme principles.
Wendy adds these qualifications to an already impressive list including a BA and a MPhil. She is also a qualified ESOS assessor.
“We are very proud of Wendy. Her enthusiasm and passion for her work shines through in her desire always to learn more. She is a great role model for anyone considering a career in this industry,” commented Jes Rutter, Managing Director, JRP Consultants.
