Connie is currently finishing her Masters’ degree in sustainability at the University of Exeter. Her versatile background in psychology has given her strong communication and interpersonal skills that complement the challenges of motivating stakeholders to undertake pro-environmental behavioural changes.


Whilst studying, Connie has held various roles in not-for-profit and charitable organisations including the National Citizen Service, The Centre for Autism and WWF. In these roles, she has supported the development of environmental action campaigns, used data management, collaboration and organisational skills and worked wide range of service users as well as professionals.

Connie’s experience with psychology and environmental science has given her an enthusiasm for working to bridge the gap between people and technology when it comes to environmental solutions. She believes that developing best sustainable practice requires holistic, dynamic, and creative strategies that combine organisational, environmental and employee needs.
