ESOS Phase 4 Health Check
Recent changes to ESOS mean organisations need to think carefully about their Phase 3 Action Plan progress, evidence and preparation for Phase 4.
What’s changed?
The latest ESOS changes, which came into force on 22 July, remove DECs and GDAs as compliance routes and require organisations to report on progress against their Phase 3 Action Plan commitments, including explaining any measures that have not been delivered. Now is a good time to sense check where you stand with an ESOS specialist.
As part of Phase 4 compliance, you will need to demonstrate and publish any actions you have taken against your Phase 3 Action Plan or justify why no remedial actions have been taken.
