Energy training programme

Provided an energy focus for AFE Group, raised awareness of energy and related matters at work and at home, assisted with maintaining ISO 50001 certification and implementation of ESOS best practice recommendations.

Summary

The AFE Group, which comprises Williams Refrigeration, Falcon Foodservice, Mono Equipment, Millers Vanguard and Serviceline, appointed JRP Solutions to deliver energy awareness via eLearning to key staff in the group The objective was to raise awareness and engagement in the Group to support the vital work of the site Energy Wardens.

Delivery programme

The 1 hour programme was rolled out of in four tranches to an average of 40 users in each tranche, totalling 160 delegates, over 5 months.

The programme includes a section at the end with questions that are designed to aid recall of the content Delegates who did not answer all questions correctly were given the opportunity to re-take the programme, and each delegate correctly answering the questions received a pass certificate

The course was designed and hosted by JRP who managed the programme delivery on behalf of AFE.

Results

JRP provided weekly updates on progress and a summary at the end, with pass marks and certificates issued.
