JRP Solutions welcomes new Operations Director
JRP are delighted to announce the appointment of David Snow as Operations Director.
As well as highly developed strategic and operation management skills, David has an in depth understand of energy management issues gained in his early career in various energy management roles. During his career he has led consultancy and development teams, managed performance contracting and has been an industrial embedded energy manager for a major organisation in the aerospace industry. He has been energy manager in leading leisure and retail businesses and was most recently the director of procurement at an energy services and smart metering company, focusing on developing a supply chain for renewable energy.

Amongst David’s achievements, in recent years he has:
- Built a framework of partners to deliver up to £1bn of renewable energy projects.
- Increased turnover of energy services and projects from £4m to £15m in 4 years.
- As a result of a successful internal restructuring, developed and launched new service offerings including M&T bureau, ISO 50001 gap analysis and Net Zero facilitation.
- Developed and implemented over £12m of energy efficiency projects across a multi-site portfolio.
- Developed a number of key individuals into senior positions.
- Led teams to deliver energy consultancy services to blue chip organisations throughout the world.
- Commercialised energy M&T systems resulting in a successful go to market strategy with a competitive solution.
Julian Wells who previously occupied the role will continue to share his skills and experience by supporting the management team in his new position as Non-Executive Director.
