Reaching this incredible milestone has been an opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come and the impact we’ve achieved. Here are some key moments that have defined our journey:
- 1999: JRP was founded as a Facilities and Asset Management Consultancy, laying the groundwork for the technical expertise we offer today.
- 2003: We achieved ISO 9001 certification and diversified into Energy Consultancy, sparking the beginning of a broader service offering.
- 2012: Launched our successful holistic Behaviour Change Programme, empowering organisations to make impactful and lasting changes through people.
- 2016: Developed our in-house software tool, Project Activator (formerly Energy Activator), to streamline project management and implementation.
- 2017: Introduced in-house eLearning courses for our customers. Acquired The Green Consultancy, expanding our focus to commercial customers..
- 2019: Early adoption of Net Zero and wider sustainability services, supported by the appointment of a Sustainability Director and ESG-focused staff.
- 2021: Achieved B Corporation certification after a year of rigorous investment and commitment to high standards of social and environmental performance.
- 2023: Launched a new service line, ‘Project Implementation’, further enhancing our impact. Our demonstration of our end-to-end approach.
- 2024: Celebrated our third-year B Corp review with a 20% improvement in our score, reinforcing our dedication to continuous improvement.
