When the power goes off, we realise how much we take it for granted and that it is really a wonderful thing. It was pointed out to us recently that at JRP Solutions we take something for granted that we should really celebrate.

For the past 5 years, in customer surveys JRP Solutions has scored 100% in the category ‘would you recommend JRP to others’.  We’ve been concentrating so hard on delivering a good service that we haven’t taken time to realise that we are, actually, doing it very well!

So, sorry (not sorry) for boasting, but we’re going to say it again, 100% of JRP’s customers in the last 5 years would recommend us to others!

Well done to the JRP team who have all helped us achieve this outstanding result and thank you to our wonderful customers for being such a pleasure to work with.
