Your ESOS questions answered!

On May 7th , in conjunction with @edie, JRP Solutions hosted a free masterclass-style webinar entitled ‘ESOS: What now? Making it work for your organisation.’ 

The session looked at the changes in the latest ESOS Phase 3, what they mean for qualifying organisations, how you can use ESOS to accelerate progress towards Net Zero, along with top tips to make the most of the scheme. 

The session culminated in a very lively Q&A session, with these questions, and many more, answered by our experts:

1. If we have the ISO 50001 certificate on our only site. Do we have to comply with ESOS?
2. We are a charity with a Board of Trustees. Would they need to sign off the ESOS report, or would the Director responsible for Environmental Sustainability suffice?
3. Any idea how to get better data from landlord when buildings are leased?
4. Will we have to implement ALL improvements identified in the 4 year period?
